Prototyping and Iteration Lead

Position Overview

Focus on rapidly building MVPs and Proofs-of-Concept using agile methodologies to quickly test client ideas. Transform concepts into working prototypes in days or weeks, validate assumptions through user testing, and iterate based on feedback to refine products before full development.

This role requires versatility across technologies, rapid problem-solving, and the ability to make pragmatic trade-offs between speed and quality to deliver value quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Build MVPs and PoCs across web, mobile, and emerging platforms
• Rapidly prototype user interfaces and experiences
• Integrate APIs and third-party services quickly
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback for iterations
• Implement agile/lean startup methodologies
• Create technical demonstrations and proof-of-value projects
• Work with low-code/no-code tools when appropriate
• Document prototypes and handoff for full development
• Collaborate with clients to refine requirements
• Experiment with emerging technologies and frameworks

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Excellent communication skills for client collaboration
