Operations Manager Partner

Position Overview

The Operations Manager Partner at Anonano will serve as the operational backbone of our pre-launch agency, ensuring seamless execution of projects and efficient resource management across all service lines. This equity and board member position is critical for transforming our vision into operational reality.

You will establish and optimize all operational processes, from project management frameworks to quality assurance protocols. Your role encompasses resource allocation, budget management, timeline coordination, and the implementation of systems that enable our technical teams to deliver exceptional results to clients.

As a founding partner, you'll have the unique opportunity to build operational infrastructure from the ground up, implementing best practices while maintaining the flexibility needed for a rapidly growing technology agency. Your operational excellence will be fundamental to our ability to scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy: Design and implement operational frameworks, processes, and systems to support agency growth
• Project Management: Oversee project delivery across all service areas, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion with exceptional quality
• Resource Allocation: Manage staffing assignments, workload distribution, and capacity planning across technical teams
• Financial Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, track expenses, and optimize cost efficiency
• Quality Assurance: Establish quality control standards and review processes to maintain high service delivery standards
• Systems Implementation: Select and implement project management tools, collaboration platforms, and operational software
• Process Optimization: Continuously refine workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve operational efficiency
• Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with legal requirements, manage operational risks, and implement security protocols

• Experience scaling operations from early-stage to growth phase

• PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred
• Experience with remote/distributed team management
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
